Do I have to sign up for an account?

No - You do not have to sign up for an account to browse our site. However, signing up for an account allows access to more features and services that are not available to you if you do not have an account.

Is there a fee to create an account?

No. There is absolutely no charge to create an account. All we ask for is your contact information.

How do I create an account?

Simply click on the "New User" icon at the top of the home page and fill out the form. Upon submitting you new account request, an email will be sent to the address that you specify as being yours. When you receive that email, simply click on the underlined hyperlink that will be in the message and your account will be activated.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

On our homepage, below the Login & Account Info, click on "Forgot Your Password?" This will take you to the password retrieval page. You can either type in you email address and have you password emailed to you or have the system give you the password hint that you entered when you created your account.
